Michael De sane

Michael DeSane is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, entrepreneur, and the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Divine Sports & Entertainment, a New York-based full-service sports agency representing professional and collegiate athletes. Certified by the NFLPA since 2017, DeSane specializes in contract negotiations, endorsements, investments, and comprehensive career management for football players. Through Divine Sports & Entertainment, he has helped build a faith-based agency dedicated to providing athletes with personalized representation while emphasizing integrity, professional development, and long-term success. Before becoming an NFL agent, DeSane served as an event coordinator for the New York State Boxing Commission, where he managed medical clearances and licensing for professional boxing events. During this time, he earned a master's degree in Sports Administration from Delaware State University, further preparing him for a career in athlete representation. He later joined EMG Sports, where he represented more than 10 NFL players and negotiated over $25 million in player contracts before co-founding Divine Sports & Entertainment with Ryan Williams-Jenkins in 2017. As CEO of Divine Sports & Entertainment, DeSane has played a central role in the agency's rapid growth. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its services beyond contract negotiations to include marketing, branding, NIL representation, wealth planning, legal support, and post-career development.
